My stay at Pine Ridge Inn was quite enjoyable overall, thanks to the beautiful view of the Deschutes River and the extremely friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bend. However, the limited breakfast options and the noise from local traffic were slight drawbacks that I noticed during my time there.

My stay at Pine Ridge Inn was a mix of highs and lows. The location is stunning, perched above the Deschutes River, and the views are amazing. However, I experienced some discomfort with the murphy bed and cleanliness issues in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, yet the breakfast left much to be desired.

My stay at Pine Ridge Inn was quite enjoyable, particularly the lovely river views and the cozy atmosphere. However, the front desk service could use some improvement. The breakfast offered was a bit limited, which was a letdown for the price.

I stayed in a Deluxe Canyon View Suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The king bed was just what I needed, and having a Murphy bed was a nice touch for potential future guests. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the sounds of the river, even if the view was slightly obstructed by trees.
Service
6.0
While the staff tried to be helpful, the front desk was only staffed until 9 pm. I waited too long one night for assistance about a gas smell in my room. It was resolved quickly when the manager arrived, but having 24-hour coverage would have improved my experience.

The location was great for walking to the Old Mill district and along the river. It felt like a good balance of being close to the action while still offering a quiet space to relax.

The continental breakfast was just okay. Although they offered gluten-free options, I expected more variety, especially for the price point.

My stay at Pine Ridge Inn was a mixed experience. I loved the location near the river, which provided a peaceful getaway, but I faced some issues with the room and amenities that detracted from the overall enjoyment. While the staff were welcoming and friendly, the facilities felt a bit outdated and not as clean as I'd hoped.

Rooms

The layout was spacious with a separate sitting area and a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the river. However, the murphy bed was uncomfortable, and the jetted tub had grease buildup which was quite off-putting.
Service

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in. However, I encountered some inconsistency, particularly with the reception during my arrival when I wasn’t offered the complimentary drink that was promised.
Location

Breakfast was simple but fresh, offering light options like fruit, yogurt, and pastries. It was sufficient to start the day, but if you're looking for a hearty breakfast, you may need to venture out.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had good amenities like a cozy fireplace and nice views, but some features felt outdated, such as the toilet and the A/C system. Also, the cleanliness in certain areas, like the bathtub, was below expectations.
